Czech company with a tradition

About Linaplast

The company was founded on 5 December 1991 as an association of two natural persons. The main production programme from the beginning was the production of jigs and separate moulds for injection moulding of plastics and rubber, including the production of parts from these moulds.

In 1997, the company LINAPLAST s.r.o., was founded, which took over all the activities of this association.

From the production of moulds and parts, we have gradually moved on to the developement o individual units, including the design of robotic assembly workplaces and their production.

At present, LINAPLAST s.r.o. employs about 300 employees and is devided to four units, namely the plastic moulding and assembly plants, which is subject to the quality management system according to IATF 16949: 2016. The other two units include development, design, tooling and automation, which are subject to the ISO 9001: 2015 management system. An integral part of  these units is the quality department, equipped with 3D measuring instruments (touch, optical, scan), including a laboratory.

The production of the press and assembly plants is mainly focused on the automotive industry. Other production includes parts for the electrical industry, consumer goods, model trains and others. The plant produces more than 80 million products per year on 35 injection moulding presses.

All production takes place in two plants, one in Kralice na Hané, where the headquarters is also located, and the other in Skřípov, which is the site we acquired in 2015.
